Key Responsibilities

  • •Authorise and oversee daily processing and administration activities across a portfolio of transactions to meet timelines and service levels.
  • •Validate and monitor key transaction lifecycle events including setup, servicing, cash movements, amendments, maturity processing, and closure.
  • •Ensure completion of all mandatory checks in line with internal standards, policies, and global requirements.
  • •Proactively identify, investigate, and resolve issues, escalating where required to protect service quality and customer outcomes.
  • •Compile, analyse, and present management information reports to senior stakeholders to support performance, capacity, and risk oversight.

Key Requirements

  • •Post-graduate diploma or degree in any discipline, with aspirations commensurate with the position.
  • •At least 1.5 years of experience in the securities industry or a related financial services environment.
  • •Knowledge of cost awareness, resource efficiency, and effective workload management.
  • •Preferred experience in payment processing or settlement.
  • •Fluency in spoken and written English; Mandarin/Cantonese capability is good to have.
