Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan and perform monthly and quarterly close activities, including balance sheet reconciliations, variance analyses, internal management reporting, and external audit support.
  • •Research and prepare technical accounting analyses for new accounting pronouncements and business initiatives.
  • •Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedural documentation.
  • •Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide clear variance explanations to key stakeholders.
  • •Assist in design, implementation, and execution of effective internal control procedures, and support automation and scalable accounting processes for global growth.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of relevant public accounting and industry experience, with a B.A. or B.S. degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA strongly preferred).
  • •Fluency in U.S. GAAP and the ability to research complex accounting topics.
  • •Experience with internal controls, including design, implementation, and execution; strong working knowledge of Excel and large data sets.
  • •Excellent communication skills and proven ability to partner with and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
  • •Track record of producing results on challenging projects with a solution-oriented mindset and enthusiasm for best practices.
