Job Summary

Lead end-to-end integration of Mastercard’s Agentic AI customer delivery, from proposal creation through delivery and technical authority. Own engagement learning and help shape team standards so each client implementation builds on the last. Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end Agentic AI integration work, from proposals through complete delivery, acting as technical authority when your minor runs deepest.
•Contribute ideas and maintain steady engagement quality in a dynamic environment with bias to action and ownership of outcomes.
•Manage vendors, people, and stakeholders with composure and judgment, holding relationships and delivery outcomes steady.
•Own consolidation of learning across engagements, turning insights into a codified backbone for the practice.
•Serve as a credible field source by translating client and vendor interactions into structured feedback for Operations, Product, and Engineering.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree with a solid track record in consulting, technical delivery, or engineering within fintech, payments, or enterprise AI.
•Demonstrated ability to lead workstreams end-to-end and manage vendors, people, and stakeholders across delivery.
•A declared minor with either breadth specialization (e.g., Technical Program Management) or depth in domains such as data architecture, security, conversational AI, context engineering, or regulatory technology.
•For solution architecture minors: working command of cloud, APIs, event-driven patterns, and data structures sufficient for technical conversations and escalation.
•Professional fluency in English and mandatory fluency in the local language of the market.
