Produce the maximum quantity of masterbatches while meeting established quality requirements and minimizing waste, rework, and retained material. Request and verify raw materials for manufacturing, fabricate products to process specifications, monitor process variable behavior, correctly identify inputs/leftovers/rework/finished goods, and deliver finished product that meets quality and packaging criteria. Maintain production condition records and ensure strict adherence to safety rules and PPE.
