Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and drive high-priority, cross-functional initiatives from concept to completion.
  • •Translate leadership priorities into actionable plans with clear timelines and accountability.
  • •Identify operational gaps and step in to solve them quickly and effectively.
  • •Track progress against key initiatives and ensure consistent execution across teams.
  • •Act as a force multiplier for the CEO + VP, North America across day-to-day operations and strategic priorities.
  • •Prepare materials, analyses, and insights to support decision-making.
  • •Manage and coordinate key meetings, follow-ups, and internal communications.
  • •Ensure alignment across teams on priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
  • •Jump into a variety of functions (sales ops, finance, deployments, marketing, partnerships) as needed.
  • •Build and improve internal processes to increase efficiency and scalability.
  • •Analyze data across the business to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • •Support execution of customer deployments and key accounts when needed.
  • •Work closely with sales, finance, engineering, operations, and marketing to drive alignment.
  • •Facilitate communication between teams to remove blockers and accelerate progress.
  • •Support planning cycles, forecasting, and business reviews.

Key Requirements
