•Own Starlink hardware from conceptual design through high-volume production and on-orbit operation.
•Develop design criteria, collaborate on requirements, and drive system-level optimization.
•Rapidly iterate on designs and analysis to support systems trades and steer product direction.
•Drive DFM to reduce part/process count, improve error-proofing, and maintain consistent performance/production metrics.
•Establish an end-to-end product lifecycle from supply chain to integration, performing environmental/performance testing and managing delivery timelines through launch.
