Key Responsibilities

  • •Safely operate ready-mix trucks to deliver products between the plant yard, highways/roads, and job sites.
  • •Perform safe, accurate pre- and post-trip truck inspections and keep equipment clean and in safe working condition.
  • •Verify compliance with mix specifications after loading and at the job site.
  • •Align and operate mixer drum and concrete chute systems for loading and releasing concrete where directed.
  • •Ensure trucking activities are DOT compliant and enter production activities into an electronic tracking system.

Key Requirements

  • •Must possess a Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
  • •Tanker endorsement required.
  • •Must possess or be willing to obtain a valid Medical Card as per DOT standard.

  • •Ability to read and write simple instructions, correspondence, and memos; basic math for measurement calculations.
