Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide leadership, supervision, and direction for environmental compliance and related programs including pollution prevention, hazardous materials/waste, natural resources, ground safety, and industrial hygiene.
  • •Assign work, establish priorities, and monitor daily operations to ensure timely completion of contractual requirements.
  • •Interpret contract requirements and the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and develop procedures, schedules, and training plans to meet performance standards.
  • •Conduct and oversee Environmental Baseline Surveys/Environmental Inspection process (EBS/EIP) and other assessments in accordance with applicable guidance and contract requirements.
  • •Supervise personnel activities, including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, mentoring, performance evaluations, and employee development; oversee self-inspections and corrective actions and serve as primary point of contact for government customers and regulatory agencies.

  • •Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
  • •Hold a Professional Engineer or Professional Geologist license/registration (or meet equivalent requirements via licensed environmental inquiries or degree plus relevant experience).
  • •Demonstrate ability to interpret and implement Performance Work Statement (PWS) requirements and contractual deliverables.
