Serve as the lead Environmental Professional for Environmental Baseline Surveys and assessments, oversee self-inspections and corrective actions, coordinate government audits, and supervise branch personnel including hiring, training, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide leadership, supervision, and direction for environmental compliance and related programs including pollution prevention, hazardous materials/waste, natural resources, ground safety, and industrial hygiene.
•Assign work, establish priorities, and monitor daily operations to ensure timely completion of contractual requirements.
•Interpret contract requirements and the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and develop procedures, schedules, and training plans to meet performance standards.
•Conduct and oversee Environmental Baseline Surveys/Environmental Inspection process (EBS/EIP) and other assessments in accordance with applicable guidance and contract requirements.
•Supervise personnel activities, including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, mentoring, performance evaluations, and employee development; oversee self-inspections and corrective actions and serve as primary point of contact for government customers and regulatory agencies.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 78,075 - 132,766

•Must be a U.S. Citizen.
•Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
•Hold a Professional Engineer or Professional Geologist license/registration (or meet equivalent requirements via licensed environmental inquiries or degree plus relevant experience).
•Demonstrate ability to interpret and implement Performance Work Statement (PWS) requirements and contractual deliverables.
•Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
