Job Summary

Lead VVS (mechanical) engineering projects in the Göteborg/Varberg area within the Property & Buildings ME.P. team. Responsible for defining forstudies, design, investigations, controls, inspections, cost estimates, budgets, schedules, quality, and client coordination; mentor less experienced colleagues and collaborate across disciplines to deliver projects from start to finish in Sweden.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the VVS construction designs across projects, ensuring alignment with budgets, schedules, and quality standards.
•Coordinate with clients and multidisciplinary teams, providing guidance and supervision to less experienced colleagues.
•Oversee forstudies, design calculations, investigations, inspections, and cost estimations throughout project execution.
•Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation, driving tasks from start to finish.
•Ensure Swedish-language document workflow while maintaining English-language communication as needed.

Key Requirements

•Minimum bachelor-level engineering degree with specialization in HVAC/MEP (VVS) or equivalent education.
•Extensive professional experience as a consultant, contractor, or similar role within HVAC/VVS and a solid understanding of the industry and consulting business.
•Experience with design/procurement work and ability to lead and allocate tasks within a project team.
•Strong communication skills in Swedish; good English is also required due to global nature of the company.
•Ability to lead projects, manage budgets, timelines, and coordinate with other disciplines.
