Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and develop manufacturing diagnostics software for platforms and peripherals using relevant programming tools and methodologies.
  • •Develop, test, and integrate new or existing software; provide sustaining/maintenance support for existing software.
  • •Create and support applications, databases, diagnostics, scripts, firmware, drivers, and BIOS utilities.
  • •Prepare software/storage specifications from architectural diagrams and documents and build/maintain technical documentation as needed.
  • •Develop, review, and implement test strategies; analyze quality metrics trends and communicate project issues and status; participate in quality process improvements and global conference calls.

Key Requirements

  • •5–8 years of related experience.
  • •Validated knowledge of programming languages (Python and Shell scripting, C/C++).
  • •Familiarity with PC technologies including Intel x86 architecture, Intel ME, RAID, uEFI, firmware and BIOS.
  • •Ability to code/debug sophisticated programs based on design specifications.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Technology.
