Senior Project Manager - Industrial Construction Projects

Lead delivery of industrial construction projects, driving performance against cost, schedule, and quality goals. Manage general contractors, consultants, suppliers, and key stakeholders while monitoring programmes and critical milestones, identifying and mitigating delivery risks. Review contracts, proposals, scopes of work, and commercial submissions; validate costs and capital expenditure, including contractor payment applications. Chair client meetings and oversee close-out activities from handover through warranties and final documentation.
