Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and contribute to the architecture and long-term technical vision of backend systems for Yield.
  • •Own the end-to-end delivery of core investment workflows—from design to production (signup, investment, redemption).
  • •Build and maintain mission-critical financial infrastructure (reconciliation controls, unit registries, investment ledgers).
  • •Write high-quality, testable code with reliability and maintainability, ensuring integration with external investment providers.
  • •Promote engineering best practices with emphasis on observability, API design, and robust integration rails.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of professional software engineering experience.
  • •Bachelor degree or above in computer science or software engineering related majors.
  • •Experience solving distributed systems challenges—scalability, consistency, latency.
  • •Mastery of backend technologies; Kotlin w/ vert.x, Temporal & Kafka are used.
  • •Experience with automated tests and quality control processes.
