Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive profitable growth for Agoda’s Strategic Partnerships/Travel Distribution business.
  • •Manage end-to-end technical account management for Agoda’s largest B2B accounts.
  • •Own connection performance, including new builds, rebuilds, upgrades, and ensuring optimal access to inventory, rates, rate plans, content, and availability.
  • •Extract and analyze complex data sets to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally (especially with Product Managers) and translate client needs into technical requirements; automate processes and resolve technical issues impacting connectivity.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative, engineering, or computer science field.
  • •4–6+ years of hands-on experience in technical account management, solutions engineering, or similar roles in technology or travel industries.
  • •Practical experience with API integrations/data transfers, with strong proficiency in SQL and Excel.
  • •Demonstrated strong analytical skills to leverage data and insights for business strategy and decisions.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong problem-solving and ability to manage multiple priorities.
