Key Responsibilities

  • •Regular travel to construction site is expected and daily collaboration with stakeholders, clients, contractors and subcontractors.
  • •Develop and maintain a detailed construction program schedule using Primavera P6 and Tableau for multi-project environments.
  • •Coordinate and incorporate data from vendors, suppliers, engineers and contractors into planning and scheduling systems.
  • •Implement project planning and scheduling strategy, plans and procedures reflecting company and contractor roles and expectations.
  • •Produce progress reports and look-ahead schedules (1, 3, 6 months) and provide project status reports as required.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in mission-critical environments and site-level construction; boots-on-the-ground construction experience.
  • •Extensive experience creating and managing large-scale construction schedules in Primavera P6 and knowledge of project controls.
  • •Ability to convert data into Tableau reports and graphics.
  • •BS Degree in Engineering or Business or related field, or demonstrated equivalent experience.
  • •PSP certification by AACE in planning/scheduling is beneficial; EIT certification preferred.
