Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist walk-in and phone customers with product questions, orders, and service needs.
  • •Accurately enter sales orders, generate invoices, and process payments or credit authorizations per company policy.
  • •Recommend products and solutions based on customer needs and product availability.
  • •Evaluate and determine disposition of warranty items handled at the counter per manufacturer warranty policy.
