Investor Services Analyst

Support hedge fund administration activities by processing investor subscriptions, redemptions, switches, and transfers, handling payments and transactions, and applying Net Asset Value to daily/weekly/monthly funds. Serve as a primary point of contact for client and investor queries via email and phone, manage investor account audit requests, maintain shareholder registers/transfer agent responsibilities, and ensure timely month-end reporting deliverables in a hybrid, deadline-driven environment.
