Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying the C.H.A.R.M service model.
  • •Support daily retail operations including consumer service, POS system management, stock room management and replenishment, pricing and markdowns, loyalty promotion, and maintaining cleanliness and recovery standards.
  • •Oversee store-wide operations in partnership with the Store Manager by coordinating, delegating, and prioritizing tasks to ensure smooth daily execution.
  • •Adhere to company policies including asset protection, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance initiatives.
  • •Model best practices and partner with store leadership to drive sales performance by improving individual KPIs and inspiring team success.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 21 - 26.5

Key Requirements

  • •Must be 18 years or older.
  • •2-3 years of retail experience, with a preference for candidates with prior store leadership roles.
  • •Flexibility in the work schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours, with regular attendance and punctuality.
  • •Proven track record inspiring and empowering teams while driving performance and achieving results.
  • •A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record may be required if driving is an essential job function.
