Key Responsibilities

  • •Build internal tools and services in Python and/or Go.
  • •Build tooling for an internal developer platform (self-service workflows, shared patterns, developer-facing interfaces).
  • •Add automation and enable developer workflows across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
  • •Develop AI-based workflows to improve developer experience and reduce repetitive manual work.
  • •Improve developer feedback loops through observability (metrics/logs/traces) and automate common engineering workflows (runbooks, releases, environment setup).

Key Requirements

  • •Professional software engineering experience in Python and/or Go.
  • •Experience building developer productivity tooling (CI systems, build tooling, developer portals, workflow automation).
  • •Experience with at least one cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • •Strong fundamentals: testing, code review, debugging, and operating production services.
  • •Ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-team environment.
