•Own end-to-end implementation, from kick-off to delivery, translating customer requirements into configured platform solutions
•Manage timelines, scope, and stakeholders while coordinating internal teams to ensure on-time, high-quality launches
•Configure the Hummingbird platform to meet customer business and technical needs within product capabilities
•Track project KPIs, report status, and document changes or risks to enable rapid, data-driven decisions
•Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to unblock progress and continuously improve implementation processes

•Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, especially with Customer Success, Technical Solutions Engineers, Implementation Managers, and Delivery leads
•Excellent organizational, proactive, and reliable prioritization skills with the ability to surface risks early
•Comfort working in a fast-moving, evolving environment and contributing to process improvements and documentation
