Key Responsibilities

  • •Hold safety standards at every supported site and treat near-misses as learning opportunities.
  • •Own facility performance across Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost using standard work and your leadership team.
  • •Understand facility and network P&L, identify controllable financial issues, and close process “bleeds.”
  • •Lead deployment and crisis response, including facility turnaround when sites become focus locations.
  • •Directly develop Area Managers and FC Leads and build a bench for future site leadership transitions.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in fulfillment, manufacturing, or distribution (e-commerce preferred).
  • •5+ years of management experience leading Area Managers or other salaried leaders across multiple functions or shifts.
  • •Track record building safety-first cultures and holding teams accountable through leading indicators.
  • •Ability to develop and promote entry-level talent, including managing individual development plans.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or an analytical Business field (or equivalent); proficient in Excel for forecasting and scorecard/dashboard performance management.
