Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and maintain accurate, reliable data models for Commercial stakeholders.
  • •Design, prototype, implement, and improve machine learning models for business-critical decisions.
  • •Design experiments to test hypotheses and determine which customers to focus on for outbound calls.
  • •Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics supporting north star metrics.
  • •Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver decision science and ML outcomes across the Commercial and AI Voice Agent programs.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in data science/decision science (or equivalent), including time as the primary DS for a domain.
  • •Excellent SQL and Python skills; hands-on experience with data pipeline tools such as dbt and Airflow is an advantage.
  • •Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to present analyses and results to senior leadership.
  • •A good understanding of business practices, sales, and client behavior.
  • •Experience with applied statistics/experimentation (e.g., A/B testing) and with ML algorithms put into production in real-world contexts.
