Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a multi-functional team through new product development from concept to commercial launch.
  • •Drive project execution against time, budget, and scope, including product and tooling design oversight.
  • •Coordinate the Technical Development Plan inputs needed for RFQs and business cases, including cost and technology evaluation.
  • •Lead design ideation sessions, competitive analysis, document design requirements, run design reviews, and align stakeholders.
  • •Report project deviations to senior management and ensure adherence to Berry/industry/regulatory procedures and Stage Gate/ISO/Management of Change processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or equivalent experience).
  • •Experience in product development and manufacturing of bottles.
  • •Experience with multi-process methods including EBM, SBM, and RHB.
  • •Knowledge of statistical methods and programs (SPC/DOE/MiniTab).
  • •Ability to lead technical communication and manage multiple priorities with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
