Job Summary

The Visual Lead drives in-store profitability through strategic visual merchandising, floor planning, and staff leadership. Partnering with the Visual Manager and Operations teams, you’ll execute floor sets, stock management, and product presentation to maximize sales at the Santa Barbara store, while coaching Associates and aligning with company visual directives.

•Manage execution of key operational functions including shipment, receiving and processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, intra-day sales floor replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management
•Maintains strategic product presentation and merchandising by ensuring product recovery, restock, destock, and making visual merchandising change in accordance with directive and with partnership of the Visual Manager
•Executes and maintains visual direction from planning through executing to meeting company expectations, budgets, timeline
•Moves dynamically on the retail floor to assess and fulfill the needs of the business, team and guests
•Leads by example and inspires staff in daily operations and guest experience

•2+ years of prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment; demonstration of leadership capabilities and decision making

•Ability to move dynamically on the retail floor to assess and fulfill the needs of the business, team, and guests
•Proficiency with reporting tools to identify opportunities and drive business strategies
