Operations Manager, Hot Line

Oversee day-to-day production activities in the hot rolling and scalping departments, ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations. Lead safety and quality efforts, run continuous improvement initiatives, and manage throughput to meet production targets while optimizing process parameters and KPIs. Supervise and develop production foremen and shopfloor teams, drive lean manufacturing improvements, and coordinate with maintenance and other departments to prioritize work and ensure compliance with metallurgical and customer specifications.
