Key Responsibilities

  • •Champion a strong safety culture by following plant safety standards, conducting audits, and correcting non-compliant behaviors.
  • •Partner with site and department quality teams and lead continuous improvement initiatives to support quality goals.
  • •Direct hot rolling and scalping operations to meet production targets, monitor process parameters and KPIs, and ensure specification compliance.
  • •Supervise and mentor production foremen and shopfloor employees; develop training programs and KPIs to improve employee skills.
  • •Identify and implement lean manufacturing processes, manage mill availability/capacity tools, and coordinate with maintenance to prioritize jobs and timelines.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related discipline.
  • •7+ years of experience in aluminum rolling operations.
  • •At least 3 years of experience in leadership roles.
  • •Strong knowledge of hot rolling processes and mill equipment.
  • •Proven track record in safety, quality, and process optimization.
