Job Summary

Own the end-to-end product foundation for Plaid’s fraud platform, including Identity Verification (IDV) and Monitor (AML). Drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap; improve decision quality, reliability, latency, and transparency; and expand data coverage. Partner closely with engineering, design, data, and Fraud teams to move from concept to production, align on measurable outcomes, and collaborate with customers and GTM to spot fraud and compliance patterns early.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for IDV and Monitor end to end, driving outcomes for fraud prevention, compliance, and customer experience.
•Grow IDV and Monitor as the core of Protect and Layer by expanding data coverage and improving decision quality, reliability, latency, and transparency.
•Partner with engineering, design, and other Fraud teams to move from concept to production with clear launch criteria and consistent follow-through.
•Communicate decisions, tradeoffs, and rationale clearly; translate complex systems into simple narratives to keep teams aligned.
•Engage with customers and GTM teams to detect fraud and compliance patterns early and translate them into product improvements through demos, integrations, and launches.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 206,600 - 306,000 annually
