Key Responsibilities

  • •Own positioning and messaging for AI and Platform, deciding what to claim, how to prove it, and how it lands with engineers and technical buyers.
  • •Use the product to build a real mental model, and validate narratives by standing up tools to analyze Gong calls and shipping working demos.
  • •Drive launches end to end (naming, launch assets, docs, enablement, and post-launch adoption) in partnership with Product and Engineering.
  • •Arm the GTM team with battle cards, objection handling, demo narratives, and proof points for technical conversations.
  • •Conduct customer and prospect research (Gong calls, community, competitive mapping) to understand where the AI incident-management category is headed and make it show up across marketing channels.

Key Requirements

  • •Have marketed an AI product or feature end-to-end, owning positioning, launch, and narrative with real proof and roadmap realities.
  • •Build with AI tools yourself (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Lovable, v0) and be able to describe a project, including what failed and what you’d change.
  • •Be technical enough to read API docs, discuss systems with engineers, and explain how something works without hand-waving.
  • •Have positioned complex products for technical buyers (e.g., dev tools, infrastructure, platform, security).
  • •Write clearly and persuasively for technical audiences, with a point of view on positioning and skepticism about AI buzzwords.
