•Oversee daily facility operations and ensure continuity of services in a 24/7 residential program
•Coordinate across functional areas including intake/discharge, supervision/housing, case management, medical and behavioral health services, logistics, food service, and maintenance
•Provide day-to-day guidance to supervisory staff and participate in shift briefings to promote continuity of services
•Support onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance monitoring of staff while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
•Assist with incident response, investigations, and required reporting to support safety, quality assurance, and audits

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 105,000 - 108,750 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Human Services, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (preferred); equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
