Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in high-growth technology companies or startups.
  • •Experience hiring across the US and European markets and a strong track record closing technical/engineering roles.
  • •Understand fundamentals of software engineering, cloud infrastructure, machine learning, and modern AI systems.
  • •Confidently discuss LLMs, AI safety, model training, inference, evaluation, agent systems, and machine learning workflows.
  • •Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; fluent English (C1+).
