Key Responsibilities

  • •Listen for financial wellness opportunities during in-person and phone conversations and provide customized recommendations.
  • •Attain individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals while engaging clients to meet sales and referral expectations.
  • •Open personal and business accounts, including consumer checking and deposit products, home equity, unsecured lending, and certificates of deposit.
  • •Develop partnerships with branch teammates and line of business partners to acquire new clients and deepen relationships with existing clients.
  • •Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures and support branch operations by assisting with teller transactions as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of experience developing current and new customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources, with sales being more important than financial services experience.
  • •Understanding of consumer credit, including loan-to-value, debt-to-income, and credit reports.
  • •Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques such as tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
  • •Demonstrated experience influencing business partners and leveraging centers of influence to drive client acquisition and relationship growth.
  • •Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office including Word, Excel) and comfort with digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing).
