Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with senior leaders and hiring managers to define role requirements and build hiring strategies for product and design functions.
  • •Design and execute creative, data-driven sourcing strategies across platforms, events, and outreach to attract diverse talent.
  • •Manage the full recruiting lifecycle from intake through offer close, including screening, interview coordination, feedback calibration, and compensation negotiation.
  • •Advise Product and Design hiring managers with market intelligence, candidate insights, and pipeline data to inform hiring decisions and workforce planning.
  • •Collaborate with Employer Branding, People Partners, and Total Rewards to strengthen Airwallex’s positioning in the product and design talent market.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 185,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a meaningful portion focused on product management, product strategy, design, or related disciplines in a technology or startup environment.
  • •Proven ability to influence hiring managers and senior stakeholders on talent strategy, role requirements, and candidate assessment.
  • •Strong sourcing skills, building diverse pipelines through direct outreach, referrals, events, and creative channels.
  • •Experience using applicant tracking systems (e.g., Ashby, Greenhouse) and recruiting data to manage pipelines, track metrics, and drive process improvements.
  • •Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage multiple searches across different hiring manager groups.
