Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Electrical, Materials, Physics, or related field).
  • •2+ years of semiconductor manufacturing experience with implant process ownership/development (or equivalent military experience).
  • •Ability to work on-site in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Good understanding of Agentic AI or willingness to learn Agentic AI to develop efficient workflows.
  • •Strong understanding of ion implantation physics, dopant activation, and device impact (preferred).
