Lead AECOM’s Structural Engineering practice across the UK & Ireland, setting strategy, driving design excellence, and building high-performing teams across multiple locations. Own oversight of complex structural and multi-disciplinary commissions, serving as Design Authority/Technical Reviewer as needed. Partner on major pursuits and cultivate senior client relationships to grow priority markets, while managing practice-wide financial performance, resource planning, QA/QC standards, and talent strategy.
