Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and execute commodity strategy and related supply-base plans.
  • •Manage supplier relationships across technical, commercial, delivery, and quality while partnering with cross-functional supply chain organizations.
  • •Collaborate with global planning and fulfillment teams to track inventory and CT2R and ensure continuity of supply.
  • •Lead quarterly negotiations for component cost and lead-times and run performance management (escalations, scorecards, business reviews).
  • •Use data to assess issues and risks, propose mitigations, and negotiate legal agreements (e.g., MPAs, MOUs, capacity and VMI agreements).

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of cross-functional supply chain experience.
  • •Ability to develop and execute short-, mid-, and long-term strategies.
  • •Strong supplier relationship management skills, including contracts review and management.
  • •Expertise building internal/external relationships and resolving conflicts.
  • •Strong skills in collaboration, communications, negotiations, facilitation, and change management.
