Lead end-to-end store operations by driving the store’s profit-and-loss targets, maximizing Umsatz, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Motivate, manage, and develop the store team, while controlling costs and handling store administrative responsibilities like inventory, payroll, and scheduling. Monitor KPIs and performance, analyze commercial data to drive actions, and coordinate team and product training, including recruiting denim-focused talent.
