Job Summary

Lead a project team delivering a client’s Advanced Planning Document (APD) and contract management efforts within an Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO). Serve as a primary point of contact for client leadership on APD operations, contract oversight, reporting, and program needs. Manage weekly/monthly status reporting, mentor PMO team members, and apply knowledge of Medicaid and related federal/state policies to drive cross-functional execution.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform, delegate, and manage project team activities in APD and contract management delivery.
•Direct service delivery efforts across the client’s Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) operations.
•Serve as a primary point of contact for the client’s leadership team on APD management and contract oversight.
•Mentor PMO team members in APD development, contract management, federal policy matters, and project management.
•Manage project and program reporting needs and provide weekly/monthly status reports; participate in monthly state and federal meetings as needed.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of experience working in a state government environment.
•7+ years of project and program management experience.
•7+ years of experience and expertise with Medicaid, CHIP, SNAP, and other federal health and human services programs.
•Minimum 5 years of client-facing delivery experience in Medicaid Enterprise.
•Minimum 5 years managing resources, projects, and programs in a multi-vendor environment.
