Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned OSP partners, ensuring effective, stable, value-driven use of the platform.
  • •Work with partners pre go-live through the contract lifetime, collaborating with internal teams to support seamless deployment of new features and products.
  • •Use operational data, performance metrics, and analytics to understand partner performance, risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities.
  • •Own partner operational readiness for change, including preparation and delivery of operational go-lives and deployments.
  • •Represent partner operational requirements and priorities into roadmap and change governance processes, monitoring relevant platform changes and escalating risks when needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Fluent written and verbal English plus an additional European language (ideally French, Spanish, Swedish or Polish).
