Job Summary

Sales Associates create personalized shopping experiences, listen to customers, recommend products, and communicate Deckers Brands’ sustainability initiatives. Key Responsibilities

•Create personalized shopping experiences for customers that drive brand loyalty and help meet store goals.
•Operate the cash register, handle money accurately, and respond to customer questions before they leave.
•Check inventory daily and ensure products are stocked and available for customers; merchandise according to Visual Merchandising standards.
•Maintain a clean and organized back-stock area and employee break area; perform daily cleaning tasks.
•Report to work on time and notify the Store Manager in advance if you will be late or absent.

Key Requirements

•Two years of retail store experience preferred.
•High School Diploma
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to convey the Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to your team members and customers
•Highly motivated team player and self-starter
•Flexibility of schedule and hours to meet the needs of the business.
