Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management processes to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink.
  • •Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, escalating process or system gaps with the General/Store Manager.
  • •Support store operational functions including shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
  • •Maintain and champion visual standards while partnering with reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, supplies, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities.
  • •Support safe operations through strong stockroom standards; assist guests as needed and resolve client needs quickly.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of prior work experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment.
  • •Ability to move constantly throughout the store during the shift and perform tasks across sales floor and back of house.
  • •Ability to lift, push, carry, or otherwise move up to 50 pounds, including bending, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and safely climbing up/down a ladder.
