Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the site manufacturing engineering strategy and standards, including process design, validation, optimization, and capability improvement.
  • •Lead Lean/Six Sigma continuous improvement programs and structured problem-solving to improve OEE, productivity, quality, cost, and delivery.
  • •Drive Industry 4.0 automation and OT/digital manufacturing initiatives, promoting MES, SCADA, PLC, and Industrial IoT applications with cybersecurity compliance.
  • •Lead manufacturing readiness for NPI/NPD/strategic transfer projects, ensuring processes, tooling, and controls are established before launch.
  • •Lead maintenance and asset management strategy, including preventive/predictive/corrective maintenance and TPM to improve uptime and reliability.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering; MS/MBA is a plus.
  • •Minimum 7–10 years of experience in manufacturing, production, or fabrication environments.
  • •Demonstrated exposure to Continuous Improvement (Lean/Six Sigma) and leading improvement initiatives with measurable results.
  • •Experience in low-volume, high-mix manufacturing environments (preferred).
  • •Fluent English (spoken and written) and prior leadership/supervisory experience is advantageous.
