Job Summary

Optimize equipment utilization and demand forecasting to ensure asset readiness for critical customer operations across the GEO. Own allocation of equipment to upcoming jobs based on criticality, maintenance, and availability, and resolve rental tools/equipment gaps versus technical plans. Develop and execute monthly and quarterly Sales & Operational Execution plans, align supply/demand with order management, and reconcile SAP equipment master and fixed asset records while tracking KPIs to drive continuous improvement.

•Execute HSE 5 fundamentals every day and during every task.
•Develop and execute monthly and quarterly Sales & Operational Execution (S&OE) plans for rental tools and equipment to meet operational and customer commitments.
•Partner with Product Line, Sales, and Service Delivery to prioritize equipment delivery schedules and adjust timelines based on changing requirements.
•Validate and approve demand signals with Product Line Demand Planner by reviewing sales forecasts, sales orders, and planned orders across multiple horizons.
•Monitor equipment readiness/availability and track KPIs (Equipment Readiness, Equipment Availability, NPT, Asset Utilization, Employee Retention) to support operational decisions and continuous improvement.
