Shape the strategic direction of the Office Print business by analyzing market trends, customers, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies. Develop and recommend business-unit strategies for where to play and how to win over the next 1–5 years. Lead hypothesis-driven, executive-ready initiatives, drive strategic initiatives that unlock business and financial value, and translate strategy into execution roadmaps across global cross-functional teams.

•Shape the Office Print business strategy by analyzing market, customer, competitive, and technology trends.
•Develop business-unit strategies (where to play, how to win) for sustainable growth over the next 1–5 years.
•Identify and drive strategic initiatives with clear priorities, execution roadmaps, milestones, and accountability.
•Lead complex strategic initiatives from problem definition through recommendation and implementation with measurable outcomes.
•Conduct hypothesis-driven analyses and serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on growth, portfolio management, and competitive positioning.

Salary: USD 130,700 - 205,200 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
•10+ years of experience in strategy, management consulting, corporate strategy, or business planning with a track record of driving business impact.
•Prior experience at a top-tier management consulting firm is strongly preferred.
•Demonstrated strategic thinking, analytical rigor, and problem-solving ability to turn complex business issues into recommendations.
•Ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects and communicate clearly with senior stakeholders.
