Night Paint Prep Technician

Prepare and recondition vehicles to CarMax quality standards in a fast-paced, hands-on night shift role. Perform paint retouching, post-paint finishing, waxing, buffing, and bodywork tasks such as dent repair, masking, sanding, and grinding. Repair or replace small plastic and trim components to ensure functionality, collaborate to meet production goals, and follow Environmental, Health and Safety requirements while keeping the work area clean.
