Key Responsibilities

  • •Support proposal development for low to medium complex deals from planning through final submission.
  • •Set up and maintain shared proposal sites, create draft deliverable outlines, and distribute them to pursuit teams.
  • •Maintain version control and consistent document formatting for deliverables on shared sites.
  • •Perform detailed RFx review to populate first drafts and ensure deliverables meet client requirements.
  • •Coordinate with cross-functional teams and creative resources (Editors, Graphic Designers) to develop compliant, professionally produced responses and visuals.

  • •Manage proposal logistics, including bid calendar ownership, shared proposal sites, scheduling and leading status meetings, and assigning deliverables with clear ownership.
  • •Review RFx documentation for client requirements and produce the first draft response using the document repository for pursuit teams.
  • •Maintain version control and ensure consistent document formatting and alignment with internal and client guidelines.
  • •Raise red flags to management when due dates or customer requirements are not being met by the pursuit team.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Solution, Consulting, Delivery, Legal, HR, Finance) and work with editors and graphic designers to produce high-quality, brand-aligned responses and visuals.
