Key Responsibilities

  • •Review purchase requests and issue purchase orders in a timely manner without error.
  • •Ensure purchase orders are acknowledged by suppliers and review quotes for completeness and alignment with SpaceX terms.
  • •Obtain original promise dates, review open order reports, and manage deliveries.
  • •Resolve invoice issues to ensure vendors are paid on time and expedite parts as necessary.
  • •Act as customer service for internal customers and support cost savings initiatives, miscellaneous procurement projects, and supplier onboarding.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree; or 4+ years of professional experience in a supply chain, production, or engineering function in lieu of a degree.
  • •Ability to work long hours and weekends as needed.
  • •Technical knowledge of MS Office Suite.
  • •Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to respond quickly in a fast-moving environment.
