Key Responsibilities

•Manage the end-to-end talent acquisition process, including sourcing, attracting, assessing, hiring, and onboarding qualified candidates in line with business requirements, policies, and KPIs.
•Search for relevant CVs through job portals, LinkedIn, Bayt.com, headhunters, and the CATRION database; coordinate recruitment channels based on departmental needs.
•Coordinate and conduct interviews; manage the recruitment cycle including screening, selection, offer management, onboarding, documentation, medical follow-up, and employment contracts.
•Support overseas recruitment by coordinating travel ticket requests, airport pickup, and accommodation arrangements for new hires.
•Represent CATRION at career fairs, update weekly employment/vacancies reports and recruitment notifications, and complete assessments and hiring within KPI timelines.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in HR / Business & Administration.
•2 to 4 years of experience in talent acquisition/recruitment.
•Good communication and negotiation skills.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills with good command of written and spoken English.
•Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks; ability to manage full-cycle recruiting using interview techniques and evaluation methods.
