Key Responsibilities

•Lead market research and program opportunity identification to identify high-demand roles and growth sectors across LATAM.
•Lead employer outreach to validate hiring demand, secure commitments for pilot hiring, and build a pipeline of opportunities.
•Oversee activity mapping and input into program design, ensuring employer expectations are translated into design inputs.
•Develop robust, evidence-based business cases for new programs integrating market insights, employer demand, learner value, and delivery models.
•Manage end-to-end project development from concept to launch, including timelines, milestones, and cross-functional coordination across countries.

Key Requirements

•6–10+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, business development, or program development
•Strong experience building business cases and leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
•Experience engaging employers, HR leaders, hiring managers, or industry stakeholders
•Experience working in more than one country in Latin America strongly preferred
•Fluent in English and Spanish (Portuguese desirable)
