Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead market research and program opportunity identification to identify high-demand roles and growth sectors across LATAM.
  • •Lead employer outreach to validate hiring demand, secure commitments for pilot hiring, and build a pipeline of opportunities.
  • •Oversee activity mapping and input into program design, ensuring employer expectations are translated into design inputs.
  • •Develop robust, evidence-based business cases for new programs integrating market insights, employer demand, learner value, and delivery models.
  • •Manage end-to-end project development from concept to launch, including timelines, milestones, and cross-functional coordination across countries.

Key Requirements

  • •6–10+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, business development, or program development
  • •Strong experience building business cases and leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
  • •Experience engaging employers, HR leaders, hiring managers, or industry stakeholders
  • •Experience working in more than one country in Latin America strongly preferred
  • •Fluent in English and Spanish (Portuguese desirable)
