Key Responsibilities

•Lead the coordination, preparation, and delivery of monthly and quarterly expense analysis and presentations for senior management.
•Partner with key stakeholders, including senior management, COO teams, Finance, and global expense owners, to influence cost discipline, business decisions, and expense management strategies.
•Deliver detailed expense analytics across vendors, projects, regions, businesses, and cost categories to support strategic decision-making.
•Lead analysis of expense forecasts, budgets, and strategic plans, including variance analysis against prior periods, forecasts, and plan.
•Conduct regular reviews with COO teams and expense owners to analyze vendor-level spend, identify cost-saving opportunities, and assess ongoing expense initiatives.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 145,000 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years of FP&A, expense management, financial reporting, or related finance experience, preferably within financial services.
•Strong knowledge of expense management, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, accounting principles, and the expense lifecycle.
•Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with the ability to develop clear, executive-ready analysis and presentations.
•Experience with financial systems and reporting tools such as PeopleSoft, Essbase, Qlik Sense, Board, or similar applications preferred.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly to diverse audiences.
