Job Summary

Maintain and repair conveyance, automation, robotics, and facilities equipment to support uptime and reliability in a fast-paced HelloFresh facility. Conduct preventive maintenance, troubleshoot issues, document work in CMMS, mentor junior technicians, and participate in root-cause analysis and building projects. Requires 2-4 years of relevant experience and ability to travel up to 5%.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain compliance with all safety, food safety, and security standards.
•Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections on conveyors, automation, robotics and ancillary equipment as needed.
•Perform routine troubleshooting of assigned out of service equipment and correct issues, act as an escalation point for lower level technicians, and escalate to leadership and/or more senior technicians as needed for additional troubleshooting.
•Document all work in the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) and ticketing systems as appropriate.
•Mentor all maintenance personnel in developing appropriate skill sets and knowledge of equipment.

Key Requirements

•Ability to travel as necessary (up to 5%) for business purposes.
