Key Responsibilities

  • •Consume and interpret Sales Operations dashboards, reports, and datasets to provide clear insights into global CSP business performance.
  • •Analyze pipeline, forecast, bookings, billings, attainment, product performance, regional trends, customer segments, sales execution metrics, and retention indicators (ARR, NRR, GRR) to identify business drivers.
  • •Prepare management analyses and executive insights on performance trends across products, geographies, and customer segments; translate complex findings into clear business narratives.
  • •Recommend actions to support business planning, annual/quarterly goal setting, territory and coverage reviews, resource prioritization, and operational focus areas.
  • •Partner with Sales Operations Data Analytics, regional sales leaders, finance, product stakeholders, and business operations to validate insights and support recurring reviews, forecast cadences, and planning cycles.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field or equivalent work experience.
  • •5+ years of experience in business analysis, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, finance, data analytics, business intelligence, or related performance roles.
  • •Experience supporting global or multi-region sales organizations in technology/cybersecurity/software/SaaS/enterprise solutions.
  • •Proficiency with Salesforce, Clari, Power BI, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, Certinia, or similar enterprise reporting platforms.
  • •Strong Excel skills and the ability to translate sales performance data (pipeline, forecasting, bookings/billings, CRM data) into actionable insights and risk narratives.
