Lead the enterprise-wide Zero Trust transformation for the U.S. Coast Guard by planning, designing, and executing Zero Trust Architecture initiatives across IT environments. Drive implementation of identity and access management, micro-segmentation, and continuous monitoring while aligning delivery to DoD cybersecurity frameworks such as RMF and NIST 800-207.

•Ensure seamless integration of Zero Trust principles with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and application teams.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 175,000 - 200,000 annually

Key Requirements

•High school with 10+ years (or commensurate) experience in IT or cybersecurity, including at least 5 years in project or program management.
•DoD 8570.01-M IAM Level I certification (e.g., Security+ CE, CAP, GSLC, or equivalent).
•Proven experience implementing Zero Trust principles in enterprise or government environments.
•Strong understanding of DoD cybersecurity policies, frameworks, and compliance requirements.
•Demonstrated ability to manage multiple teams and complex project schedules; excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
